Terms of Use

I sell finished products. Unless specified as “Safe for Babies and Children Under 3-Years-Old,” products are not for children 3* and under.

*Anything labeled “mini” or “tiny” IS NOT SAFE FOR CHILDREN 6-YEARS-OLD AND UNDER.

I do not accept returns or exchanges, but I am happy to help you with your order if you have any problems.

My pictures are copyrighted and are not to be used to sell your own products.

I use many of my own patterns. If I use someone else’s, it is credited in their name.

Safety Eyes are used in all plushie products. I ship them sealed and difficult to be detached. Should they arrive detached or become detached from misuse of plushie product, you can glue the eyes back in place.

Shipping & Delivery

You will receive an email when your order has shipped. Please contact me immediately if you feel your order is taking too long or may have been lost in the mail.

I send all orders out in the promised high-quality condition.

Should your plushie(s) arrive squished: do not worry! Yarn is easy to squish back into its proper form.

Should your plushie(s) arrive damaged: please contact me immediately with the damage and information and I will either send you a new one, or tell you how to fix it if it can be fixed at home.

Local pickup is only available for those living in Northern New Jersey. If you are not in Northern New Jersey, please select delivery.

I ship all orders “first class” through USPS. If you need expedited, priority or over-night, please contact me. I will happily send your package with faster shipping, however you will receive an extra charge for the higher shipping cost.
